The good news is that Chromebooks have built-in accessibility settings to help students in appropriate-use cases. Google usernames are the same as the info in the CPS Login ID column of Aspen. You can see this information for students by logging into Aspen, going to the Students tab, making sure your fieldset is on Default and then looking for the info in the CPS Login ID. See below:  

If the screengrab functionality does not seem to be working on a Chromebook, check to make sure the “Treat top-row keys as function keys” option is switched OFF. You can also toggle this functionality by holding down the Search key, but it’s probably easier to check in the settings under Device and Keyboard.
