Who Should I Contact for Particular Problems?

Whenever possible, staff should submit general tech support requests through the online Help Desk. If you need more immediate help, here is a rough idea of who does what in the Tech Department, so you can contact them directly for more pressing concerns.

  • Need Chromebook help, general Aspen Use Help, need a student or staff Aspen or Google account or Aspen or Google password reset, need general Google Apps use help, need an online survey or form, need something added to Aspen’s message center or links, need help logging into MasteryConnect… please contact Diego Reyes or Norma Torres.
    • If a Student needs an Aspen/Google account password, teachers can now view student passwords in Aspen. If  Staff have trouble logging into Aspen or Google, generating Aspen reports, or other Aspen issues… Norma is a good bet.
  • Trouble logging into computers (network logins) or using the school network, wifi, phone issues, web filter issues (can’t get to a website), hardware requests/help, software requests/help (software needs updating), tardy/sign out desk issues… you’re better off contacting Rich Pilcher.
  • Problems with posting high school grades in Aspen or other Aspen gradebook issues at the high school, contact Andy Moore.
